Rhonda is no stranger to a business development role. She owned and operated a successful janitorial company for 11 years before serving as an independent insurance agent for nine years. Her entrepreneurial spirit continued as she transitioned into recruiting, operations, and sales.
Rhonda’s dedication to excellent customer service has allowed her to develop strong client relationships. Early in her staffing career, she cultivated some partnerships that continue to stay strong after nearly two decades.
