- Investigate complaints
- Assist with budgets and HR software
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an HR coordinator
- Excellent administration and people management skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication
- A coolness under pressure and an ability to stay organized to meet tight deadlines
