Chicago, IL – Total Talent Search, a leading supply chain talent acquisition company, welcomes Brian Hays as the newest Direct Hire Search Consultant. Brian brings with him impressive industry and leadership experience, as well as an associate’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology.
Brian has worked in and around the manufacturing industry since he was 18 years old, starting as a machine operator/floater for Campbell Soup Company. At 22, he became the youngest production supervisor his Trane plant had ever employed, managing up to 100 or more people at a time.
In 2014, Brian founded one of the first five independent food delivery services in Texas, PatriotFoodDelivery.com, also providing logistics for the ETX Food Bank and delivering to over 40 elementary schools. Later, he sold the brand and customer base to the largest independent delivery software provider in the nation. In addition, Brian founded a recruiting/BPO service for a local business owner in 2021, generating $20-30k in monthly revenue within the first six months and hiring over 150 people.
